About you

● You have prior enterprise experience.● Agile project Methodology/ Scrum Master experience.● Knowledge of change management best practices.● Knowledge of RPA Solutions.● Technical knowledge and background preferred.● Good Commercial Experience, customer-facing up to C Suite level.● You are highly collaborative, a team player, and have leadership experience.● High Levels of Emotional Intelligence.● You have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant or advanced field.

In this role you will:

Analyse and document, using formal techniques (UML, Agile Modelling, etc.) and existing business processes, and work closely with clients to develop new client business processes. Hi Automation Business Analyst will analyze and assess the client’s strategic direction and plans to develop comprehensive roadmaps and business cases. You will be highly competent in facilitating structured requirement co-ordinating workshops and producing supporting documentation:• Understand client’s needs.• Analyse existing client technology capability and functionality.• Understand and gather client’s requirements and recommend applicable approaches.• Define client needs and recommend solutions.• Manage functional and non-functional client requirements.• Create process models (AS-IS and to-be).• Run or actively participate in workshops.• Define client needs and recommend solutions.• Business case and Return on Investment. • Quickly understand the existing business processes.
